About Us:
Two wine and spirits industry veterans founded Green Glass Global in 2018, desiring to create opportunities for like-minded colleagues who were experiencing the "aging-out" trend, corporate burnout, or just plain wanted a change from the cookie-cutter beverage alcohol selling model. They also wanted to create affordable representation opportunities for small, emerging brands that were struggling to "get seen" and felt ignored by the industry as a whole.
GGG is a group of independent beverage sales consultants who have already earned their stripes. With over 600 years of collective experience, our champs are professional, wine and spirits-obsessed bad asses who love what they do. With us, they get to do it on their terms. Our partners benefit from our consultants leveraging the hard-won relationships they have established over many decades to get products in front of buyers.
The Job:
This is a commission-only role, but don’t let that scare you. We’ve curated an amazing portfolio of wine and spirits partners to represent, and we provide you with leadership and colleague support. Many of our team members already have their own gigs and bring GGG into their fold of products to pitch.
Responsibilities:
• Present our partner products to your buyers
• Enter your sales call activities into Salesforce
• Work when you want and how you want
Qualifications:
• Beverage industry sales experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong buyer relationships
• Highly motivated and resourceful
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in a commission-only role
• A passion for wine and spirits
• The desire for a better work/life balance
Compensation Details:
• 90/10 split of commissions on net FOB sales. You receive 90% of the commission collected from the sale, and the remaining 10% goes into the team's Profit Interest Pool
• Referral bonuses for new supplier partners you bring into the portfolio
• Opportunities to earn additional money via tastings, events, incentives, and more from our suppliers
• Thorough onboarding process with an accessible and supportive leadership team
