Duties Include:
• Assist the Hospitality Manager with a variety of Hospitality related tasks in a private guest, luxury environment.
• Assist with set up and tear down of guest experiences, including lunches and estate cottage stays.
• Provide guests an extraordinary experience.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
• Provide a personal, intimate one-of-a-kind experience centered on wine, food, fun, and education.
• Connect and engage with guests from all walks of life the moment they contact us.
• Have a flexible, accommodating and guest-centric attitude.
• Build and maintain long-term guest relationships.
• Assist with scheduling shipments to be picked up as needed.
• Assist with packing shipments & inventory
• Provide a consistent feedback loop from guests to management
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, some evenings and holidays.

• Must be genuine, honest, and sincere and willing to make each guest feel special.
• Self confidence, comfortable around all guest types and with an ability to relate to all guests, ask for the sale and build long-term relationships.
• Able to empathize with and recognize a guest’s interests and buying signals.
• Consistently able to maintain enthusiasm and project a positive image.
• Ability to host guests and produce results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organization, problem solving, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills required.
• Have an interest in and high capacity for seeing what is needed and learning new things.
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Previous experience or knowledge of a CRM system is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, producing a high level of accurate results.
• Wine & food knowledge preferred, wine and food interest required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Salary Information: Competitive hourly commensurate with experience.

Based just outside of Geyserville, Calif., Blue Rock Vineyard is a historic, 100 acre private estate that feels more Tuscany than California. We are a by-appointment winery with a robust food program and an estate home. 40 acres planted to Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Syrah. A second vineyard in the Petaluma Gap is planted to Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Semillon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
