The Mission of Frog’s Leap is to make wines of terroir, responsibly farmed, sustainably produced and joyfully shared. Our winery has been family owned and operated since 1981. You can read up on our history on our website: www.frogsleap.com.
At Frog’s Leap, we believe every guest visit is an opportunity to create a lasting memory. From the first “hello” to the final farewell, we aim to share not just our wines, but the heart of who we are — a story of place, people, and stewardship. As our Guest Services Host, you will be the warm welcome that invites guests into that story, the steady hand that ensures their experience unfolds seamlessly, and the trusted guide who helps them leave feeling connected, cared for, and eager to return.
Reporting to the Tasting Room management team and collaborating with colleagues across the winery, you will orchestrate reservations and experiences, guide guests through their journey, and ensure each visit runs smoothly. Whether welcoming guests in person, answering questions by phone or web chat, or coordinating schedules behind the scenes, your gracious hospitality, efficiency, and enthusiasm will be essential. Your understanding of our property, guest capacity, and daily operations will directly shape how we deliver memorable tasting experiences.
