We are in Napa Valley and highly regarded for our wines and our working environment. We are seeking a motivated person who wants to continue building and improving our customer relations resulting in increasing our club membership even further.
We are a totally direct to consumer winery in the southern part of Napa Valley with gorgeous views and excellent TripAdvisor reviews for our unique approach to hospitality. Our wines have excellent Parker scores are exclusively estate bottled from our own vineyards. Our wines are only sold to our members and tasting room visitors - no distribution whatsoever.
If you have experience selling wine with a track record of results, let's talk. We desire a minimum of 5 years experience working in Napa Valley, and wine certifications such as WSET are a great plus. Our goal is to add someone to our team with enthusiasm, high energy, and the ability to work in a team environment.
A brief list of responsibilities includes;
- tasting room sales
- wine club member retention by contact
- acquiring new members
- opening and closing tasting room
- driver and concierge relations
- telesales
Required skills include:
- ability to qualify prospective members and sell wine
- use relationships with current members to acquire new members
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet applications
- familiarity with social media
