The Private Client Sales Manager is responsible for leading an outbound sales team focused on full-funnel pipeline development—from initial outreach to conversion and retention.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
Functional Area of Outbound Strategy (Phone/SMS) 30%
• Own outbound campaign design and performance across the funnel: from lead sourcing and segmentation to outreach, follow-up, and close.
Team Leadership and Motivation 30%
• Manage, coach, and inspire the tele sales team to hit KPI’s, close deals, and stay focused on goal execution.
Pipeline Development and Sales Execution 20%
• Continually optimize our tech stack to yield more efficient time management and effective selling tools.
Functional Area of Program Ownership (Gifting, Virtual, Futures, Corporate Gifting 10%
• Scale strategic outbound programs, while exploring new program opportunities.
Reporting and Administration10%
• Conduct annual performance reviews, complete payroll and communications, and maintain reporting.
• Partner with DTC leadership on headcount planning, performance standards, and career development.

You will be qualified for this role if you meet these requirements:
• 4+ years of outbound sales experience (phone/SMS), including 2+ years managing sales teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly functioning team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven ability to build and manage structured outbound campaigns across the sales funnel.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Shopify for sales tracking, segmentation, and fulfillment alignment.
• Experience creating and managing call/SMS scripts, cadences, and objection handling.
• Ability to balance daily execution with strategic initiative building.
• Adaptability and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to coach to performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods as needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or seasonal demand periods.
• In-person availability for key tastings, events, or client meetings.
This is a hybrid office position, but there are some physical requirements that our large estate requires:
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
