Job Title: Part-Time Tasting Room Attendant
Location: Longoria Wines – 732 State St. Santa Barbara, CA 93101
Schedule: Regular Monday shifts + occasional additional days

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and reliable wine enthusiast to join our team as a Part-Time Tasting Room Attendant at our downtown Santa Barbara location. The role includes a regular Monday shift and occasional fill-in days as needed, so consistency and good communication are essential. We're a small team, and we count on each other to show up and deliver a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests
Pour and present wines, sharing the Longoria story and winemaking philosophy
Educate visitors about our wines, the vineyards they come from, and our winery's history
Operate the POS system and handle transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
Restock wine and merchandise as needed
Assist with wine club and special events when scheduled
Must be willing to work occasional weekends and/or holidays
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old
Prior experience in wine or hospitality preferred, but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and communicative — reliability is key
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Comfort with basic technology (POS systems, email, etc.)
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
