Nestled in the heart of the lush Suisun Valley, IL Fiorello is a family-owned and organically certified olive grove, bistro, and internationally recognized producer of award-winning olive oils. We are seeking a passionate, polished, and highly personable Hospitality Ambassador to represent our brand and host memorable tasting experiences centered around olive oil, wine, food, and culture.

About the Role:
As a key face of the IL Fiorello experience, this role is more than just hosting-it's storytelling, educating, and building lasting relationships with our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in wine and food service, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people to artisanal excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
•  Warmly greet and host guests for elevated olive oil tastings, wine pairings, and curated bistro experiences
•  Guide guests through educational tastings, telling the story of IL Fiorello's process, legacy, and sustainability practices
•  Encourage product sales and wine/olive oil club membership through engaging, personalized service
•  Support special events, private tastings, and on-site gatherings with grace and professionalism
•  Maintain detailed guest records in our POS (Commerce?), including preferences and follow-ups
•  Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and cleanliness of the tasting space
•  Stay educated on new vintages, pairings, and evolving industry trends
•  Deliver consistently exceptional service with a welcoming demeanor and polished presentation
•  Promote future bistro visits, online engagement, and reservations
•  Support inventory tracking and merchandising where needed

What We're Looking For:
•  A love for hospitality, storytelling, food, and wine
•  Prior tasting room, casual fine dining, or boutique hospitality experience preferred
•  A polished, professional appearance and confident presence
•  A desire to grow with an intentional, values-driven team
•  Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
•  POS experience (Commerce? ideal, but not required)
•  Availability to work weekends and special events

Minimum Qualifications:
•  High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred
•  WSET Level 2 or equivalent certification
•  3-5 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or luxury service environments
•  Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license
•  Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
