The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and connected Wine Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for growing our account base, maintaining client relationships, and introducing our portfolio to restaurants, hotels, and wine shops across New York and New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and beverage decision-makers
- Actively prospect and open new on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Present wines with confidence and deep product knowledge
- Schedule tastings and staff trainings to drive sell-through
- Report on account activity and growth opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of wine sales experience in NY/NJ (distribution, importing, or supplier side)
- Strong existing relationships with on- and off-premise buyers
- Highly motivated, self-managed, and organized
- Passionate about wine with deep interest in storytelling and craftsmanship
- Familiar with CRM or tracking tools
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel across the territory
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission structure
