We’ve been test-marketing outside California, and are now ready to launch locally.
We’re working direct in California, so we’re seeking up to four territory managers: San Francisco county, San Mateo county, Santa Clara county, and Contra Costa/Alameda counties. Each manager will own one territory, with responsibility for opening and servicing both on- and off-premise accounts, including regional chains.
Experience matters: the right candidates will bring with them strong knowledge and significant success selling wine to retailers, chains, and restaurants in their target territory. They will also be self-motivated, and have shown their ability to operate independently, with relatively little supervision. The obvious stuff, like…

In addition to your base compensation, you’ll receive generous commissions as well as targeted bonuses. Above all, you’ll have the active support of the founding team to come into the field with you to help you open new accounts and support existing ones. We also provide solid benefits, including health and dental insurance, an expense allowance, and paid time off.
Other than periodic Zoom calls, and face-to-face meetings in Healdsburg and Lodi, you’ll be in your territory, working from home when you’re not in the field.
