Marina Beach—opening in San Francisco’s scenic Marina District this fall—is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented front-of-house Wine & Hospitality Manager to lead and inspire our service team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values hospitality with intention and is excited to help shape the guest experience in a dynamic, evolving environment. Our hospitality group includes a biodynamic farm, creating a direct connection between our kitchen, our team, and the land. This relationship will shape our food program and deepen our commitment to sustainability and transparency.

We serve a curated selection of low-intervention wines and regularly highlight unique winemakers through special events and rotating features—offering our team the chance to engage deeply with the natural wine community.

What sets us apart?
- A people-focused culture that values teamwork, growth, and integrity
- Competitive compensation and benefits
- A unique leadership opportunity to support both the FOH and BOH teams while working closely with talented chefs-in-residence
