We’re looking for a creative, organized, and strategic Marketing Manager to help us amplify that vision.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager at First Street Napa is a multifaceted leadership role responsible for driving the visibility and vitality of the center. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to elevate the FSN brand across all channels—digital, onsite, community, and tenant-facing. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of marketing, including event planning, social media, digital content, tenant communications, and visual merchandising, while also providing critical marketing support to the leasing team. This is a highly collaborative role that engages with tenants, local partners, creative vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop engaging campaigns, promote new store openings, and activate the property with experiences that attract shoppers and enhance tenant success. Key Responsibilities
1. Tenant Communications & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with tenant partners to support events, promotions, and co-marketing programs.
- Maintain and update tenant contact and brand assets.
- Coordinate regular newsletters and marketing updates.
2. Event Planning & Activation
- Develop and manage onsite events that drive awareness and foot traffic.
- Partner with local organizations and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Promote events across digital channels and PR outlets.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, create, and manage social content and advertising campaigns.
- Engage with the FSN community on Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Collaborate with tenants on content, promotions, and influencer opportunities.
- Use of company owned camera to photograph marketing events
4. Visual & Brand Oversight
- Coordinate and create center signage, window displays, graphics, and seasonal decor.
- Update and maintain WordPress-based websites (FSN and parent company).
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
5. Strategic Leasing Support
- Create brochures, flyers, one-sheets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or in-house templates.
- Manage updates and design online listings on CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and internal sites.
- Write and design email campaigns (e.g., using Mailchimp or Constant Contact).
- Post property spotlights and company updates on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Coordinate photo shoots, drone shoots, virtual tours, and tenant testimonial videos.
- Monitor property web traffic and engagement analytics.
- Design leasing pitch decks and presentation materials.
- Compile market research and comps to support leasing strategy.
- Tour preparation & follow-up - organize customized materials for prospects.
- Assist with follow-up packages and thank-you emails.
6. Administration & Reporting
- Track marketing budgets, timelines and ad campaigns.
- Coordinate vendor contracts and content calendars.
- Maintain marketing files in Dropbox
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing and sales support
- Strong skills in social media strategy, content creation, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with tools like WordPress, Canva, Meta Business Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office, Placer AI and Illustrator a plus.
-Familiarity with basic photography, including using company camera to capture content for social media, events and tenant features along with use of basic editing tools.
- Ability to work occasional weekends/evenings for events.
- A love for creativity, community engagement, and working with entrepreneurs and small businesses.
