Required Responsibilities:
The Tasting Room Supervisor is to provide strategic on the floor leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
*Be a true wine industry professional
*have experience in hospitality
*Wine experience/knowledge is a must
*Commerce 7 POS experience a plus
*Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
*Comfortable in achieving financial goals , including wine/spirit sales, club sign -ups and customer data collection
*Have a professional appearance and demeanor
*Have excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
*Assist with winery's special events as needed
*Deliver engaging, educational and memorable guest experiences while addressing customers concerns with tact and professionalism

Special Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
Must be available weekends and holidays
