Position Summary:
We’re hiring a strategic, results-driven National Accounts Director to lead our business with National Chain Grocery and Restaurant Accounts across the U.S. In addition to managing key national accounts and driving execution, this role will also lead and mentor a team of two National Account Managers, ensuring alignment with our commercial goals and brand strategy.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead sales strategy and execution for national grocery chains (e.g., Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods, etc.)
• Manage key on-premise accounts with national and regional restaurant groups (e.g., Darden, Bloomin’ Brands, Landry’s)
• Coach and develop two National Account Managers, aligning them with overall sales plans
• Build buyer relationships, pitch programs, and negotiate placements
• Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to drive retail and restaurant execution
• Analyze performance using syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) and account insights

What You Bring:
• 7+ years of National Accounts sales experience in wine, beverage, or CPG
• Proven success with both Off- and On-Premise national accounts
• Strong distributor and pricing strategy experience within the 3-tier system
• Team leadership and people development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Wine certifications (WSET, CSW, etc.)
• Experience with Oregon or premium West Coast wine brands
• Familiarity with VIP, Diver, Salesforce, or CRM tools
