Founded in Oakville, California in 1885 and restored in 1979, Far Niente is consistently recognized as a benchmark producer of Napa Valley Chardonnay and Oakville Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

We are dedicated to the growth of our team and with two team members advancing, we have an opening for a Tasting Room Supervisor. The Tasting Room Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the management of the team, execution of sale approaches, general operations, brand representation and driving financial success of the Nickel and Nickel tasting room.

You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
•  Oversee day-to-day hospitality operations in accordance with our operating protocols.
•  Assists in managing the guest experience and the flow of all tours and the tasting room atmosphere ensuring scheduling for staff is done to provide attentive guest service.
•  Handle customer concerns in a positive, expedient manner and defer to management if additional support is needed.
•  Meet and greet VIP customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
•  Ensure the Estate is in pristine condition and well maintained.
•  Communicates guest, operational, staff and facility-related issues to the management for prompt attention.

You will be qualified for this role if you meet these requirements:

•  Previous experience of 5+ years in winery, hospitality and / or luxury sales.
•  Microsoft office / POS systems.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•  Full body mobility.
•  Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
•  Ability to lift to 45 lbs.
