An online wine retailer is seeking a self-starter, creative and knowledgeable wine sales manager.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Create daily email campaigns/offers to a broad list of customers.
- Create market specific wine offers to clients based on previous purchases.
- All aspects of daily operations including receiving and packing orders.
- Assist customers in an engaging manner, by phone, email, or through social media. Client satisfaction must be your top priority
- Fulfill orders, manage online and in house inventory.
- Critically taste wine and continually expand your knowledge.

Job Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Extensive wine knowledge is required. WSET Level 2 Intermediate, CSW or equivalent, preferred.
- Proficiency with ECommerce and email marketing is a must.
- Must have previous experience/ability for writing wine offers/reviews.
- Work 40 hours per week, nights and weekends as well as throughout the entire Holiday Season (November-January).
- Work is 100% in person. No remote position available.
- You must be able to walk, bend, reach, and lift, use a hand truck if necessary, and lift 50 pounds.
- 3 years of retail experience preferred; special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the wine industry.
