We are seeking a passionate, organized, and customer focused Tasting Room Manager to lead our tasting room operations, create and unforgettable guest experiences, and grow our wine club membership.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the tasting room, ensuring a clean, welcoming guest experience.
Lead the team to ensure each guest receives and exceptional experience that reflects our values.
This hands-on role requires someone who is energetic, organized and genuinely enthusiastic about wine and customer service.
Lead all tasting room operations including staffing, inventory, events and guest experience.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise tasting room staff.
Continued education about our tasting room offerings.
Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of the tasting room.
Collaborate with ownership on marketing, social media and customer outreach.
Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self Starter with a team- first attitude and high attention to detail.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be 21+ and be able to lift 40+ lbs.
