Job Title: Purchasing Production Associate

Job Summary: Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Production Associate to support our Purchasing department. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Production Associate is responsible for coordinating purchases of bulk wine, dry materials, and scheduling productions with our vendors, as well as coordinating the manufacturing process in our ERP system. Additionally, they will have a portfolio of wines to buy as finished goods and will be responsible for placing orders and coordinating their on-time shipping and delivery.

Qualifications: Associates degree, Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of one year experience in purchasing, fulfillment, and inventory control. Experience required with manufacturing or production. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Proficient computer skills. Background in Food/Beverage or Consumer Product goods preferred. Logistics knowledge is a plus. Bilingual in French.

Responsibilities:
•  Coordinate purchases of bulk wine
•  Place approved orders with vendors
•  Production schedule with multiple vendors
•  Process productions in the system manufacturing module
•  Review selection of portfolios on regular basis
•  Provide purchasing recommendations
•  Follow up on open orders to ensure timely production and consolidation
•  Resolve inventory issues when they arise
•  Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
