Honig Vineyard & Winery, a family-owned and operated winery, is looking for a Tasting Room Wine Educator to join our team who is passionate about wine and shares our values. A successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, be a team player, represent our brand, and have a positive attitude.


Duties include, but are not limited to:
•  Conduct knowledgeable consumer tastings, while providing an outstanding customer experience
•  Effectively and professionally sell wine and wine club memberships
•  Assist with opening and closing procedures for the tasting room
•  Assist other members of the retail and hospitality team as needed
•  Additional responsibilities as needed and required

Qualifications:
•  Positive and friendly attitude toward job, customers, and co-workers
•  Strong customer service skills (knowledge of wine, wine culture, and hospitality a plus)
•  Commitment to the company’s core values of family, quality, progressive, fun, and social responsibility
•  Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
•  Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time, able to work outdoors
•  Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, must be at least 21 years of age
