What You’ll Do:
•  Collaborate and Manage: Assist in overseeing multiple vineyards across Napa and Sonoma, implementing best practices for conventional, organic, and sustainable farming.
•  Attention to Detail: Ensure vineyard operations meet the highest quality standards through precise execution and monitoring.
•  Optimize Operations: Keep crew workflow efficient and organized to support smooth day-to-day vineyard activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•  Assist in supervising vineyard operations, including mowing, canopy management, cultivation, pest control, and harvest logistics.
•  Oversee and support vineyard crews, ensuring efficient work execution, safety, and compliance with company policies.
•  Observe vineyard infrastructure, avenues, headlands, shop areas, and surrounding grounds to uphold cleanliness and functionality.
•  Record and track crew hours, tasks, and productivity using vineyard management software.
•  Conduct vineyard scouting for pests, diseases, and overall vine health.
•  Support data collection, including phenology tracking, tissue sampling, disease monitoring, and crop estimates.

Qualifications:
•  Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
•  Experience operating vineyard equipment (tractors, sprayers, cultivation tools, etc.).
•  Familiarity with vineyard labor operations and seasonal workflow.
•  Willingness to work early mornings and long hours during peak seasons.
•  Valid driver’s license
•  Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
•  6+ Years experience
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
