Job Title: Landscape & Property Steward

Under the guidance and supervision of the Controller and in coordination with our landscaping team, this position will help ensure all daily and ongoing tasks are completed.

Responsibilities include the cleaning and maintenance of the property (windows, patio, furniture) as well as lawn care and assistance with irrigation repairs. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the aesthetic of the property meets expectations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•  Perform general facility and landscape maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general cleanup.
•  Support facility and landscaping repairs.
•  Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment for efficient performance.
•  Assist with readiness and facility prep for harvest and other seasonal operations.
•  Assist with coordinating contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.
•  Respond to maintenance-related emergencies and issues as needed.
•  Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
•  Point-of-contact for systems, including but not limited to: alarm, wastewater, irrigation, etc.

Physical Requirements:
•  Able to lift 50 pounds.
•  Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Must be able to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and hear.
•  Able to work indoors, outdoors, in warm or cold climates, lift, and climb stairs, work at heights or in close spaces, and be physically agile to perform required work.
•  Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
•  A positive person with the willingness to work as part of a team, but also work independently.
•  Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb, and crouch for long periods of time throughout work shift.
•  Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items.
•  Specific vision abilities require close and distance vision.
•  Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
•  Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Education and Experience:
•  Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
