About the Role
Supports the day-to-day coordination between Treasury and its distributor partners. This role helps ensure smooth order processing, accurate communication of inventory and pricing, and supports sales team efforts in the market. The performance objective is to maintain and grow current sales volume and distribution in accordance with TWE sales plans. Key performance indicators are sales volume, sales values, distribution and managing distributors to deliver their annual sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a primary contact for operational needs between the company and distributors.
* Assist with distributor inventories and building orders to be in line with annual sales goals.
* Support the TWE and distributor teams by monitoring depletions, sales reports, and basic performance metrics.
* Communicate product availability, pricing changes, and promotional calendars to distributor partners.
* Write, track, monitor and implement Sales incentives that return growth within distribution and sales volume.
* Help coordinate logistics around product launches, tasting events, and sales meetings.
* Maintain and organize distributor documents such as pricing forms, sales tools, and order sheets.
* Assist with resolving order discrepancies or customer service issues in collaboration with internal teams.
* Ensuring that distributors are managing national On and Off Premise programming
* Use market data to identify opportunities and share with the distributor teams.
* Participate in Sales Blitzes, Trade events in Tier 3 markets, Iowa, Missouri
About you
* You have 4+ years of experience in sales support, three tier management, or professional sales-Wine / Alcohol industry experience required
* You have working knowledge of MS Office primarily Excel and familiarity with basic reporting tools
* You have strong communication and organization skills
* You are able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
* You are willing to travel occasionally for distributor events or team events.
* You have an associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
* You have WSET, CSW, CMS certification (preferred)

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $99,000 to $114,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work remote out of Iowa or Minnesota. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
