Position: Harvest Intern (Temporary, Seasonal)

About The Crossvines
The Crossvines is a state-of-the-art winery and custom crush facility located in the picturesque Agricultural Reserve of Montgomery County, Maryland. Our vineyard, just under 5 acres, is one of the largest research vineyards on the East Coast, featuring nearly 5,000 vines of 19 varietals, including experimental disease-tolerant varieties among the first planted in the U.S. We are committed to three key areas: wine production, research, and education. Our winery produces The Crossvines wines and Hard Ciders and partners with startup wineries to share our cutting-edge facilities, reducing barriers to entry for new wine labels. In collaboration with local farmers, the University of Maryland, and Montgomery College, we support the Agricultural Reserve by converting crops into sustainable products and serving as a gateway for visitors to explore the region’s rich agricultural heritage. Interns will gain a broad exposure to various winemaking styles, assisting in production for our various client wine labels with their consultants guiding the stylistic choices along the way.
