Overview:
Bledsoe Wine Estates is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Shipping Associate to support our growing logistics and fulfillment team. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient packing, labeling, and coordination of all outbound shipments. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. This is a physical, hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Shipping & Fulfillment
•  Serve as the final point of contact for all outbound shipments
•  Pack wine accurately in brand-specific packaging with required documentation (pick sheets, tech cards, packing slips, etc.)
•  Label all packages with appropriate shipping and compliance labels
•  Ensure all daily orders are picked up on time by FedEx, UPS, or other carriers
•  Maintain regular contact with shipping partners regarding pickups and package volumes
•  Monitor and report returns and issues to the Shipping Manager
Inventory & Logistics Support
•  Assist with monthly wine and packaging inventory across shipping and storage warehouses
•  Monitor shipping wine inventory weekly to anticipate upcoming needs
•  Coordinate with the Tasting Room Managers and Distribution team for restocking and outgoing orders
•  Manage wine movement logs and ensure accurate tracking across all brands
•  Load/unload trucks using forklifts and company vehicles (training provided if necessary)
•  Help facilitate winery inventory transfers and organization
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and inventory area
Cross-Department & Seasonal Support
•  Assist with bottling and packaging operations, events, and special projects
•  Participate in wine movement, dry goods restocking, and occasional dump runs

Qualifications
•  High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•  Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
•  Forklift experience preferred (training available)
•  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•  Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and inventory systems
•  Prior experience in a winery, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment is a plus
•  Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during busy seasons
