About the Role
This role will involve handling administrative tasks for the BOLD Marketing team, including but not limited to: supporting budget management and contract approval process, facilitating internal communication, managing calendars and meetings, and supporting event logistics. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the BOLD marketing team and leader
* Support budget management including processing and tracking purchase orders and invoices; connecting with agency partners and vendors as necessary
* Manage contract and scope of work approval process
* Support event and meeting planning and execution, including logistics, sample requests, materials development, and communication
* Support development of presentations and marketing tools
* Manage monthly marketing team meetings; support management of additional department meetings including brand planning, as well as team culture building and development activities
* Facilitate internal communication and distribute information to the team
* Lead optimization of the marketing on-boarding experience; assist with pre-boarding and on-boarding of new employees
* Assist with IT issues as they arise as possible
* Support various ad hoc project workstreams and additional administrative tasks as required by team

About you
* You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
* You have 2+ years of experience in administrative support, ideally with a marketing team
* You possess exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail
* You can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* You have a demonstrated ability to manage calendars and meetings across multiple time zones.
* You have a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
* You have experience with event management and general project management experience is preferred
* You have experience with JDE (preferred)

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $71,000 to $90,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of remote CA or NY location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
