About the Job:

We are looking for a full-time Credit Manager. As the Credit Manager you will be responsible with managing customer account status.
Required Skills and Attributes:

•  Proven work experience as a Credit Manager
•  Advanced knowledge of accounting software (knowledge of SAP Business One a plus)
•  Strong mathematical skills
•  Excellent analytical skills
•  Strong excel skills
•  Good communication skills
•  Good interpersonal skills
•  Detail orientated
•  Ability to deal with stressful situations.
•  Good knowledge of and passion for the fine wine category
•  Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
•  One year industry experience
•  One year credit management and/or bookkeeping experience
•  Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Job responsibilities include and are not limited to:

•  Monitor payment activity for all customer accounts
•  Communicate with compliance bureaus on delinquent account balances including running daily reports
•  COD posting maintenance and tracking- Daily
•  Communicate with customers and sales staff on customer account status through email and/or telephone
•  AR Bank reconciliation- Weekly/Monthly
•  AR lockbox applications- Daily
•  Order board backup
