We're building a sales organization that honors those stories while supporting accounts who genuinely care about what they pour.

Who You Are
You get genuinely excited when a sommelier asks about the volcanic soils in your Etna Rosso. You understand that great wine starts in the vineyard, but also that great sales are built on follow-through, trust, and long-term partnerships. You can celebrate old-vine Gaglioppo one day and confidently present a scalable brand the next.
You believe that passion and results are not mutually exclusive, and that building something meaningful sometimes requires rolling up your sleeves and embracing the less glamorous parts, too.

You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 3+ years selling wine to LA's diverse restaurant and retail landscape, from natural wine shops to restaurant reserve lists
Appreciate producers with stories, but also understand how to sell brands with reach and relevance
Can explain terroir without sounding like a textbook
Build genuine partnerships with accounts who trust your recommendations
Manage your territory strategically, focusing on quality relationships
Believe growth doesn't have to compromise foundation or values
Prefer transparency over theatrics

What You'll Actually Do
Build and maintain relationships with quality-focused accounts across Los Angeles
Champion wines you can stand behind, both artisan producers and strategic brands
Provide the kind of service you'd want from your own rep: responsive, reliable, honest
Represent a portfolio where every wine has earned its place
Help shape our West Coast sales strategy if that's a role you want to lean into. We welcome your voice.
