The Harney Lane Team is looking for a talented individual who’s excited to work in a fast-paced, yet fun and family-centric, winery environment. If you are passionate about the wine industry and love delivering service that impress guests and drive business success, then we want to meet you!

Our Tasting Room Associates are responsible for providing an elevated guest experience to carry out Harney Lane’s purpose while increasing sales, club membership, and brand loyalty. You will be a vital member of our Hospitality team – helping us achieve our purpose to positively influence all that we interact with. The role encompasses education, entertainment, hospitality, and sales.

As a Tasting Room Associate, you will report to the Hospitality Director and work closely with tasting room team members.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
Creative thinker that loves to create unique and memorable guest experiences
Enthusiasm and passion in all forms of communication
Team player with strong work ethic
High attention to detail
Must work well under pressure and have the ability to adapt on the fly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality
A high-energy, positive, and professional demeanor with both guests and team members during peak visitation is essential.
Motivated – you are a self-starter and driven to make a difference.
Intuitive – you are comfortable in a wine hospitality setting and can read the room to anticipate what the customer needs next.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be 21 years age
