Kenzo Estate is owned by Kenzo and Natsuko Tsujimoto and is committed to producing exceptional wine from their 4000-acre estate on the northeast corner of the town of Napa.
We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented, self-starter with a high level of computer skills with a willingness to learn new procedures to assist in export, inventory management, shipping/invoicing/billing and local deliveries.

This position is central to the success of the company and works closely with the Production, Sales and Accounting teams as well as the staff of several offsite warehouses. This member of the team is required to be in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:30.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•  Export and Domestic Shipping
•  Inventory Control for multiple warehouses
•  Creation of Product Codes on multiple platforms
•  Order Submission
•  Invoice Customers
•  Payment Processing
•  Filing
•  Product Transfer


Essential Skills and Requirements:
•  Ability to use and understand Microsoft Windows Office (PC)
•  Ability to communicate and articulate in speech and writing
•  Ability to learn, understand and ask questions
•  Ability to prioritize and manage your time
•  Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
•  A current California Driver’s License and a clean driving record
•  Reliable personal transportation
•  A working knowledge of grape varietals
•  A basic understanding of the Napa Valley and the Wine Industry


Skills and Experience that would be helpful but not necessary:
Experience working on the following online platforms:
•  Quick Books or other Accounting Software
•  Ship Compliant
•  Commerce7 or other POS platforms
•  Wine Direct or other fulfilment house platforms
•  Warehouse Customer/Carrier portals
•  Winery or Restaurant Administration
•  International shipping laws and forms
•  State Shipping Compliance
