Part-Time Tasting Room Associate
Carlton, Oregon | Saturday–Monday | Hourly + Tips + Sales Incentives
We believe hospitality is a craft—and the smallest gestures often make the most lasting impact. Every tasting is a chance to share something meaningful: a sense of place, a moment of joy, a beautiful wine with a thoughtful story behind it.
We’re seeking a Part-Time Tasting Room Associate to join our close-knit team from Saturday through Monday, now through December 2025. For the right person, there may be opportunities for growth beyond the seasonal timeline.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wine, serious about service, and deeply people-focused. Whether you’re a hospitality pro with wine knowledge or a wine enthusiast with a service background, we’re looking for someone who leads with warmth, attention to detail, and a sincere desire to create unforgettable guest experiences.

* Create space for memorable moments that encourage lasting guest relationships and wine club membership
* Execute daily service with precision and pride—from greeting to glassware to follow-up
* Maintain an impeccable tasting room through daily cleaning, resetting, stocking, and preparation
* Support with opening and closing procedures, guest communication, and occasional events
What We’re Looking For
* A hospitality mindset: intuitive, gracious, and able to anticipate guest needs
* An eagerness to learn and teach—whether about Pinot Noir, fermentation, or food pairings
* A strong sense of presence: poised, professional, and personal
* Confidence in a guest-centered sales environment, with an emphasis on building trust
* A team player who leads with kindness and takes initiative in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
* Availability Saturday–Monday
* OLCC Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain)
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors year-round
* Previous hospitality or tasting room experience preferred; wine education or certifications a plus
