Do you love wine, storytelling, and creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a warm, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as a Tasting Room Associate.

What You'll Do: Welcome guests and serve as a brand ambassador, introducing them to our wines and our commitment to regenerative farming practices. Share the heart of our story-how we began, what drives us, and where we're headed. Foster genuine connections with guests to grow our Wine Club community. Curate a tasting experience that's as educational as it is fun, ensuring each visitor feels at home. Juggle multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Keep things spotless-maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming space at all times. Assist with inventory, point-of-sale systems, restocking, and event support as needed.

What to Bring: A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and (of course) great wine. Strong multitasking skills and a meticulous eye for detail. A warm, friendly demeanor and the ability to make guests feel like part of the family. Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic. Availability on weekends and holidays is preferred.
