Guest Relations Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Answering all office phones and directing callers.
• Handle visitation inquiries, vetting visitors, and/or helping potential visitors with general inquiries about Tours and Tastings.
• Confirming via email all reservations or changes.
• Keeping in-house calendars updated.
Guest Relations Coordinator will be aiding Hospitality and have previous winery experience:
• This position works collaboratively with the Estate Director to enhance and organize the customer experience.
• Assist with hospitality team tasks, such as greeting, pouring, set up and breakdown as needed.
Guest Relations Coordinator will be Customer Service Oriented to facilitate smooth movement of our products to our Guests homes and places of business:
~Familiar with FedEx Ship Manager and CRM software (ECellar a plus) for printing shipping labels and scheduling Pickups.
~Pre-pack Summer Hold Orders, and anticipate pre-packs needed prior to wine releases. Coordinate with the packing area to ensure all orders ship as planned, and packing materials are maintained in good supply.
~Assist customers with shipping questions/adjustments.
~Disassemble returned shipments and put into Tasting Sample area.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Research, Winery POS software applications all highly desired. Must be 21 years of age and able to lift 45 pounds.
