General Description:
We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and creative person to join our tasting room team. The ideal candidate will be fun, excited about wine, goal-driven, and excel at the hospitality and sales aspects of the position. Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are required.
This is a part-time position specifically for Thursdays & Saturday shifts, with an opportunity for an additional floating shift per week as needed.

As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll welcome guests into our world with community, curiosity, and a splash of Sonoma County charm. From first swirl to last drop, you help bring our wines—and our personal stories—to life, creating moments people remember long after they leave the glass behind.
Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Build strong product knowledge of our wines and communicate our winemaking philosophy, history, and legacy
- Focus on Tasting Room wine sales, wine club conversions and sales, and mailing list signups.
- Provide memorable experiences, engagement and education in seated tastings that include food pairings, as well as stand up walk-in tastings at the bar
- Develop relationships with guests, both inbound visitors as well as outbound communications and sales
- Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism
- Represent the winery at outside events as needed
- Offer thoughtful wine and merchandise recommendations, helping guests find the perfect bottle or gift
- Pull, carry, and pack wine orders for guests.
- Execute seasonal promotions, special releases, and merchandising updates with an eye for detail and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling tasting room and retail space.
- Assist with inventory spot checks, product restocking, and incoming wine and merchandise deliveries.

- High integrity and highly motivated, with good judgment and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and also able to be the energy during slower times, always keeping an eye on the big picture along with more minor details
- Food handler certificate a plus
- Computer proficient in MS Office programs, and experience with Commerce 7 or other POS systems
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid CA Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and to stand and sit for extended periods of time
