The Role
As a Compliance Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping our clients navigate regulatory requirements with confidence. You’ll handle filings, licensing, product records, and client communication. You’ll be part of a company where your contribution matters and where growth and learning are encouraged.

Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll work directly with clients and team members to manage:
•  Alcohol compliance filings and licensing (ABC, TTB, DTC, DTR, and Wholesale)
•  Shipping reports, brand registrations, and renewals
•  Onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records
•  Compliance audits and internal recordkeeping
•  Distributor changes and maintenance
•  Client communication and problem-solving with professionalism and care

Support Tasks May Include
•  Billing assistance
•  Office supply ordering and light office upkeep (yes, even our plants matter!)
•  Helping with special projects when they arise

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
•  Detail-oriented and self-motivated
•  Computer proficiency
•  Professional in communication—both written and verbal
•  Great at time management and staying calm under pressure
•  A team player with a can-do attitude

Bonus Points For:
•  Previous experience in alcohol compliance
Physical and Mental Expectations
This is an office-based role that involves typical desk work (typing, reviewing reports, light lifting of up to 10 lbs). We work in an open office environment, so you should be comfortable collaborating and able to focus amidst friendly chatter.
