Keever Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery located in Yountville, Napa Valley. We specialize in the production of premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc; and we love to give our guests an amazing look into the world of wine! We are searching for someone who can share our passion for wine with visitors in our Tasting Room and with members of our Wine Society!

Primary Responsibilities:
•  Conduct Tours and Tastings.
o Set up a bespoke tasting experience for our guests.
o Conduct an educational and historic tour of our Winery and Cave.
o Pour wine, discuss flavor characteristics, interact with guests.
o Sell wine to guests.
o Breakdown tasting experience, including dishes and polishing glassware.
•  Answer phones, vet customers, schedule tastings.
•  Review incoming emails and respond appropriately
•  Customer Service, both Wine Club and regular customers. Over the phone, via email, and in person.
•  Manage Wine Club:
o Review new releases and current inventory numbers to make appropriate decisions on Wine Club selections.
o Set up each Club category individually, set maximum, minimum and default quantity. These details will be specific to Commerce7 system parameters.
o Add SKUs to POS and Ship Compliant.
•  Post to Winery Social Media, primarily Instagram.
o Create/ help create content for Social Media.
o Check direct messages, tags, repost, and mentions
o Like and support local community posts
o Re-post as appropriate and accept collaborations

Additional Responsibilities:
•  During Harvest, help sort fruit.
•  Occasionally help to tissue wrap and box wine.
•  Winery errands as necessary.

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•  Experience in Customer Service.
•  Experience with Commerce7, Ship Compliant, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS.
•  Experience with wine sales, preferably in a Tasting Room setting.
•  Applicants must have all necessary documentation to work in the United States.

Compensation:
$25 - 30/ hour, depending on ability and experience. Bonus once Wine Club has successfully processed. Commission for in Tasting Room sales/ Wine Club Sign Ups.
