Who We Are
Vino Culture Wine Shop may be small, but we are always buzzing with energy and purpose. With a curated selection of around 250 wines and 50 new additions rotating in each month, there’s always something fresh to explore. A big part of what we do revolves around connection—through weekly tasting tables, intimate seated classes, private in-home events, and collaborative community gatherings. We also run a fast-growing monthly wine subscription that keeps our regulars engaged and excited. Every day brings new wines, new stories, and new chances to share your passion with curious, enthusiastic customers.

What You’ll Do
* Create a hospitable and welcoming experience for every guest whether they’re wine-savvy or brand new—no wine snobs here, just wine nerds!
* Host weekly tasting tables and assist or lead sit-down wine classes (depending on experience)
* Receive and organize deliveries (up to 45lb wine cases, stairs involved)
* Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and assemble orders
* Write or help brainstorm tasting notes and reviews
* Contribute to keeping the shop clean, organized, and inviting

Who You Are
* A hospitality-first professional who loves connecting with people
* 1+ year experience in a service or retail role (retail, restaurants, tasting rooms, hotels all welcome)
* Friendly, adaptable, and eager to build your wine knowledge through hands-on experience
* Comfortable lifting and moving wine cases throughout the day
* Available to work one weekend shift per week, plus a mix of weekday shifts (we rotate opening and closing shifts and close by 8, no late nights unless it’s a special event)
* A self-starter who values being part of a small team where everyone pitches in
* Excellent verbal communication, writing skills are a plus
* No wine certification required—but you’re ready to learn, and we’re excited to teach you
