Three Wine Company is a family winery operating out of the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg, CA. We handcraft several red wine varietals that include Zinfandel, Carignane, Mataro, and Petite Sirah from the sandy complex soils of Oakley, California (Contra Costa County). Many of our vineyards are 85 to 130 years old, dry-farmed, head-trained, and hand-picked. In addition, we produce white wines from the Clarksburg appellation.

Ideal applicants are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working with their hands. The ability to communicate well with others and the willingness to perform physical tasks are required.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Crush pad work (fruit processing, cleaning crush equipment)
*Fermentation management (pump-overs, yeast/nutrient adds, sampling)
*Daily fermentation monitoring (Brix, temperature, and sensory evaluation)
*Pressing (digging out tanks, and cleaning)
*Lab analysis (basic wine chemistry)
Requirements:
*Be able to lift 55lbs., climb ladders, climb steps and work on your feet in wet environments
*Work in hot and cold conditions
*Follow safety protocols, good housekeeping practices, and standard operating procedures
*Understand verbal and written instructions
*Work extended hours on limited notice during the height of crush (long hours)
*Must be authorized to work in the US
