Position Overview
The Eastern Regional Sales Manager will lead the strategy and execution of sales initiatives across the Eastern United States. You will build relationships with distributors and both on- and off-premise accounts, achieving volume and visibility growth for Langtry Farms wines.
Key Responsibilities
• Regional Planning & Performance: Develop and implement growth strategies, achieving depletion and account goals.
• Distributor Relations: Collaborate to drive brand priorities, negotiate placements, and track execution.
• Account Development: Manage chain and independent accounts, coordinate RFPs, and ensure in-market excellence.
• Campaign & Merchandising Execution: Oversee promotional activity, in-store events, and hospitality initiatives.
• Budget Management: Allocate marketing funds, manage depletion allowances, and control promotional spend.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze trends, prepare business reviews, and update senior leadership.
• Travel: Regular travel across the Eastern region (approx. 50–70%).
Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in the Eastern U.S.
• Proven success in distributor and chain account development.
• Strong strategic, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Data-savvy; comfort with Nielsen/IRI and advanced Excel.
• Clean driving record; travel readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
