At Antica Terra, we carry out our work with exhaustive focus, the highest intention and an irreverent disregard of convention. We are looking for passionate, driven and, thoughtful intern at our estate vineyard for the 2025 growing season to join us in this endeavor.

The job requirements include a passion for farming organic and sustainable winegrapes, a positive attitude, an eagerness to work hard, a desire to learn, flexibility to work early mornings (or during harvest some night shifts), the ability to perform physically demanding tasks under variable weather conditions, and a willingness to get dirty. We are seeking individuals that have a strong aptitude for working within a team environment and a keen attention to detail, but also willingness to work independently. This position will be primarily vineyard focused, where we are focused on regenerative, and integrated livestock grazing systems. There will also be some crossover winery duties during harvest including fruit maturity sampling and fruit sorting. This will not be a full cellar internship experience, but predominantly vineyard and integrated farming systems focused.

The ideal candidate would start as soon as possible and the position will end at the end of harvest, typically in October. There may be potential to continue for some work during the off-season if local.
