Join us for a part-time, seasonal role (June-September 2025) as a Brand Ambassador. You'll represent Union Wine Company at mobile events across Oregon and the West Coast, engaging consumers and trade partners to drive excitement for our new non-alcoholic ros bubbles wine. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service, and a flexible schedule (nights/weekends/variable hours.)
Essential Functions:
Execute engaging mobile brand experiences, including transport, setup/breakdown.
Share our brand story, values, and product knowledge.
Provide responsible sampling (OLCC Server Permit required.)
Gather, organize, and report consumer/trade feedback.
Foster brand and trade relationships communicating and leads with the Brand and Marketing Teams.
Represent Union Wine Company professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Operate company vehicles and manage event assets.
Collaborate and communicate with sales and marketing teams.
20 - 30 hours per week
Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Hospitality/wine/beverage/event industry experience (1-2 years minimum.)
Proven experience running experiential events and operating effectively in field settings.
Demonstrated experience in brand representation and promotional activities (preferred.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and proactively solve problems in the field.
Basic wine knowledge (preferred.)
Sales background (a plus.)
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality, wine, beverage, or event industries.
Demonstrated experience in brand representation or promotional activities is highly preferred.
Flexibility in schedule (nights/weekends/variable hours.)
Valid Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) Server Permit is mandatory.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable personal vehicle.
Work Environment
This role involves working in dynamic and varied mobile event settings, both indoors and outdoors, which may include exposure to different weather conditions. The schedule requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and variable hours based on event schedules. Frequent travel throughout Oregon will be necessary.

Interacting with a high volume of people in potentially noisy environments.
