Wine Enthusiast & Hospitality Extraordinaire

Saint Helena, CA

Job Description:

Wine Enthusiast & Hospitality Extraordinaire Wanted!

Join Our Family at a Premier Napa Valley Boutique Winery

Are you someone who gets genuinely excited talking about the subtle oak notes in a Cabernet or the crisp minerality of a perfectly balanced Sauvignon Blanc? Do you believe that great wine is more than just a beverage—it’s an experience, a story, and a connection between people?

We’re a small, family-owned boutique winery nestled in the heart of Napa Valley, and we craft some of the most exceptional wines in the region. From our effervescent sparkling wines that dance on your palate to our complex, age-worthy Cabernets that tell the story of our terroir, we create an extensive portfolio that includes distinctive whites, outstanding reds, and premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, *plus more* that consistently earn acclaim from critics and wine lovers alike.

What We’re Looking For:

The Perfect Blend of Passion & Professionalism

You’re not just looking for a job—you’re seeking a calling. You understand that hospitality isn’t just about pouring wine; it’s about creating memorable experiences that turn first-time visitors into lifelong advocates. You have that rare combination of wine knowledge and people skills that makes guests feel both educated and entertained.

Your Superpowers Include:

- Wine Expertise: You can eloquently describe the difference between our hillside Cabernet and valley floor Pinot with the same enthusiasm whether you’re talking to a novice or a sommelier
- Hospitality Heart: You genuinely love people and believe that great service is an art form
- Digital Savvy: You’re comfortable with social media, marketing platforms, and can navigate technology like a pro
- Industry Intelligence: You stay current with wine trends, know what’s happening in Napa Valley, and understand the broader wine landscape
- Physical Stamina: You can handle the physical demands of the job—lifting wine cases, standing for tastings, and keeping pace during busy harvest seasons
- Flexibility Champion: Weekends? Travel? Harvest madness? You’re adaptable and understand that great wine doesn’t follow a 9-to-5 schedule

Non-Negotiables:

- Must be local to the Napa Valley area
- Clean driving record (you’ll be representing us around the valley)
- Wine education or equivalent experience
- Computer literacy and social media fluency
- Ability to work weekends and travel as needed

What We Offer:

This isn’t just another hospitality gig. We’re offering the right person a chance to be part of something special—a family business where your passion for wine and hospitality can truly flourish. You’ll enjoy competitive base compensation plus excellent commission opportunities that reward your dedication and results.

Working with us means you’ll be representing wines that you can genuinely be proud of, in one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world, with a team that values quality, authenticity, and the artistry of winemaking.

Ready to Pour Your Heart Into Something Amazing?

If you’re driven, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional wine experiences, we want to hear from you. This is your opportunity to join a team where your love for wine isn’t just appreciated—it’s essential.

*We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just work in wine, but lives it, breathes it, and shares that passion with everyone they meet.*

-----

To Apply: Please send your resume along with a brief note about what excites you most about wine and hospitality. Tell us about a time when you turned a simple interaction into a memorable experience—wine-related or not!
