WHO ARE YOU:
You are a detail-oriented creative with a sharp eye for branding and a passion for bringing marketing strategies to life. The Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role in amplifying the voice of the Stoller Wine Group across distributor, retail, and sales channels by developing compelling trade-facing materials and campaigns. You ensure our brand is consistently represented through polished presentations, accurate marketing collateral, and timely promotional initiatives—all while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support visibility, engagement, and growth in the marketplace.
Job Duties:
• Develops on-brand, creative, and timely trade-facing presentations and planning decks in PowerPoint to support sales initiatives and distributor pitches
• Maintains and updates core marketing collateral—including tech sheets, sell sheets, shelf talkers, and sales presentations—as wine scores and vintage changes are released
• Manages updates to brand decks to reflect the latest vintage information, accolades, and product positioning across the portfolio
• Coordinates the timely submission of Vestcom ad placements to ensure national and regional visibility at retail
• Oversees the submission and compliance process for mail-in rebates (MIRs), sweepstakes offers, and other promotional coupons
• Proactively researches and cultivates strategic brand partnerships to support sweepstakes and consumer engagement opportunities
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign
• 10% of job dedicated to traveling
• Reports to the Marketing Project Director
• Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve
Qualifications:
• Ability to reliably commute to company location in Dayton, OR
• Bachelor's degree in field or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in trade marketing / marketing management.
