We’re seeking a “dynamic, experienced Wine Sales Representative” to lead sales efforts while managing key trade relationships and regional performance. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on selling with strategic oversight.
-Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, retailers, and key on/off-premise accounts
* Manage and grow an assigned territory with clear sales goals and KPIs
* Brand ambassadors
* Represent our portfolio at tastings, events, and market activations
* Report on performance, trends, and competitor activity to senior leadership
* Assist in strategic planning and pricing decisions
-Qualifications:
* 3+ years of wine sales experience (distributor, supplier, or import level)
* Strong existing relationships in CA wine markets
* Leadership or team management experience preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned region
