This role is with a family-owned winery based in Napa Valley. Our limited-production brand produces luxury wines allocated exclusively to our members and guests.

Position Summary
A sales ambassador is the front-line face and voice of the winery to its members, clients, guests, and referral partners. Working efficiently as an individual and seamlessly transitioning into a team player, working with Client Services and other ambassadors, the ambassador not only promotes and sells at a luxury level in both POS and outreach environments but also embodies the culture, Mission, Vision, and values of the brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be the primary person to host guests with a personalized, elevated experience from the point of arrival to the point of departure.
• Sales execution via tasting room, email, and phone Outreach, and hosting in-market experiences
• Ensure that any data entry is precise with all client service tasks to lessen customer service issues.
• Understand & embody the brand's refined style and always display it when engaging with members/customers/referral partners/vendors in person, via phone/ or email.
• Working as a cohesive team, administrative duties will be answering telephone calls and responding to guests’ needs courteously and efficiently.
• Perform opening & closing duties as needed.
• Work with the Team to ensure tasting rooms have the required inventory and proper settings to provide exemplary service for members and guests.
• Participation in off-site events.
• Sharing ideas and actively participating with the team about new ways to promote the Brand.
• Manage tasks via Commerce7 and ensure they are being completed on time and in an efficient manner.
• Assist in packaging project-related, odd-sized formats, product bundles, or custom orders.
• Be an active and engaged participant in all team meetings.
• Respond to all inquiries you receive as quickly as possible and Document customer preferences/feedback and all pertinent
communication on the C7 platform.

Position Details
• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, with availability one Sunday per Month
• Status: Full Time Hourly with Commission Structure and Bonus Potential
• Reports to: Winery Director of Operations
• Work Locations: Napa Valley
Qualifications
• Able to work closely with team members towards common operational goals.
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for elevated hospitality, wine, and the Napa Valley lifestyle.
• A neat appearance and gracious persona ready to engage members/guests/referral partners in any setting when representing the brand.
• Ability to multitask & prioritize daily operations courteously.
• Have an upbeat attitude while in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a flexible schedule, including weekends and potential evenings.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High proficiency in web-based POS and reservation platforms is preferred.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs. to stand on feet for long hours throughout the day.
