About the Role
The Sales Insights Manager supports Sales and Leadership Teams through analytical, and consumer led insights, tools and reporting to drive forecast accuracy, and help grow TWE Brands.
This is a remote opportunity that can be based in the Central or Eastern U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast Management:
* Assist in developing new product sales projections for assigned markets/distributors
* Identify and communicate trends in depletion data (PODs, Buying Accounts, On/Off, Chain, etc.) to provide actionable insights and reporting
* Partner with Supply Team to ensure effective information sharing regarding forecast changes and associated constraints to product availability
* Leverage insights gained from monthly forecasting reviews to support annual operating plan and driving distributor data accuracy, for proper analysis
* Integration of Circana POS to help provide insights on industry trends that will influence internal forecasting results
* Generate forecast performance reporting and identify gaps to drive forecast accuracy
Sales partner:
* Be the expert on market dynamics in assigned Distributors & Retailer markets
* Demonstrate deep understanding of sales trends, opportunities, risks
* Provide insights that lead to tangible actions or decisions that positively impact sales, strategy and proactively mitigate risks
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide insightful commentary for business review presentations
* Create detailed reports and dashboards that present key findings and insights to sales management
Analytics & Reporting:
* Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to create impactful presentations to drive new and expanded distribution
* Communicate depletion data and analytics in Sales presentations for leadership teams
* Provide key stakeholders with forecast exception reporting, identifying key changes in consumer demand
* Update/maintain weekly and monthly reporting
* Drive optimization and enhanced functionality for all reporting tools
About you
* Bachelor's degree in business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field is REQUIRED. MBA degree is a plus.
* You have 4+ years' experience in a business analyst role, with a proven ability to gather, analyze, and deliver actionable insights
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills are REQUIRED, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of data, and recommend actions based on the analysis REQUIRED.
* You have Advanced Excel skills
* You have previous experience in Data Driven Analytical Function
* You have excellent attention to detail with strong focus on Data Integrity
* You have problem solving capabilities
* You are self-motivated with a positive and professional work ethic
* You have strong people skills, confident and comfortable presenting numbers and analysis to stakeholders
* You are an excellent communicator with strong verbal skills and willingness to reach out to people
* Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Nielsen, Circana, Data essentials
* Distributor Management Reporting (e.g. VIP)
* Must be able to travel as needed

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The annual salary pay range offered for this position is $108K to $126K and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
