Cooper Mountain Vineyards, a family-run winery nestled in the suburbs of Beaverton, Oregon, is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join our close-knit team. Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong bookkeeping and accounting background. The ideal candidate will take ownership of financial reporting, payroll, HR administration, and general administrative duties. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll processing is essential—no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

Full-cycle accounts receivable and payable
Monthly financial statement preparation
Bi-weekly payroll processing
Monthly bank reconciliations (in coordination with our part-time winery accountant)
Cash flow analysis and projections using Excel
Inventory management support in coordination with our team
Support with federal and state tax compliance (in coordination with our part-time accountant)
Additional finance-related tasks as needed
Human Resources

Benefits administration
General HR support and documentation
Administrative Support

Answering phones and managing files
Assisting ownership with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills required
Experience in payroll and financial reporting
Familiarity with cash flow management and budget planning
5 years of experience in the wine industry preferred
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
