Our family-owned estate is deeply rooted in tradition while embracing innovation, offering award-winning wines, custom crush and bottling services, and an immersive hospitality experience. With a commitment to quality, sustainability, and excellence in all areas of our business, we pride ourselves on the enduring relationships we’ve built with our customers and partners alike.
About the Role
Trentadue Winery is seeking a strategic yet hands-on Fractional CFO to oversee financial operations across our winery, vineyard, and custom crush businesses. This part-time, remote position is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who can own the close process, lead winery-specific accounting oversight, and provide actionable guidance to ownership. This is not a purely advisory role—we are seeking a working CFO who can dig into the details and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
This role is structured as a fractional engagement, anticipating approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility for deeper involvement during key financial periods such as month-end, year-end, or tax prep. While the position is remote the ideal candidate will be local to Sonoma Country for occasional in-person meetings and have familiarity with California winery operations.
