Tasting Room Hospitality Associate

Our farm is a family-owned premium olive oil producer, wine retailer and event center. We are seeking a professional hospitality associate for our beautiful olive oil tasting room and farm based Bistro with changing menus based on the growing season.

Candidates with sales and hospitality experience preferred. Successful candidates will be welcoming, energetic and dedicated to providing superior customer service. Hospitality Associates will be flexible in scheduling and willing to work weekends and occasional evenings and/or special events. There are many opportunities for everyone and appreciate the success of individuals that are successful in a team environment.

The Hospitality Associate reports directly to the Hospitality Manager.

Duties:
Daily service of lunch and pre scheduled evening events
Welcoming disposition to all team members and guests
Promote and host guests with purchasing Farm products
Support olive oil tasting team as needed
Other duties as assigned
Training provided: Olive Oil, and all of our organic products (training provided)
Additional hours or accommodations for support for scheduled private or special events
Opportunities to progress within the company

Pay: range $20.00 per hour +
Both Part Time and Full Time positions open
32-40 hours per week, 8 hours shifts
Additional hours as requested and prescheduled;
Four Grove Club events per year
Private Events- day and evening events

Biweekly paycheck
PTO accumulated up to 80 hours per year- for full time employees
Sick Time Off accumulated for part time employees
Holiday pay: Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day
