Gravity Wine House is a boutique winery offering custom crush, consulting, mobile bottling, and laboratory analysis in Sonoma County. We are a team of passionate, quality-focused winemakers with a diverse group of clients and in-house brands.
Our small, tight-knit team is looking for a Production Planner who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. This is an admin-focused role that is perfect for someone who takes pride in being organized, timely, and self-motivated.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Winery software (Vintrace) work order writing, entering, and auditing
Scheduling daily cellar workflow and outside services
Act as primary contact for custom crush client work requests
Ordering supplies
Scanning and filing

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

Computer and basic software (Microsoft Office) skills
Willing to work hard and have fun
Professional and positive attitude
Some familiarity with wine production, and a desire to see multiple approaches to the winemaking process

Preferred but not required:
Previous harvest/wine production experience
Experience with winery software, particularly Vintrace
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
