Sales Representative – Vail Valley (West)

We are seeking a talented and driven individual who already resides in the Vail Valley area to join our team as a Sales Representative.

Compensation:

Commission-only position (historically $75,000–$85,000 annually)

Car allowance and entertainment expense (TBD at time of hire)

Additional incentive and bonus pay possible

About the Role:
This is a sales position representing our full portfolio: Wine, Spirits, Non-Alcoholic beverages, and Beer. The territory is anchored in the Down Valley area of Vail and includes a mix of independent and chain off-premise accounts, as well as restaurants, bars, resorts, and hotels.

Successful candidates will have strong product knowledge, especially in wine and spirits, and excel at building relationships, presenting new products, and providing consistent service. Experience in retail or restaurant buying and management is a plus.

Key Qualifications:

Experience with inventory, ordering, and stocking in retail or restaurant environments

Ability to discuss pricing structures and markup strategies

Strong observational and interpersonal skills for identifying sales opportunities

Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other basic software tools

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Flexibility to perform duties outside of typical responsibilities when needed
