Job description
- Winemaking. This includes grape intake, fermentation, barrel aging, bottling, etc.
- Leading and managing the cellar team
- Ensuring smooth year-round operations and high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the vineyard team on farming practices and harvest strategy
- Maintain accurate production records
- Represent the winery at marketing/tasting events

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in winemaking or equivalent advanced degree(s)
- Strong understanding of viticulture
- 8+ years of winemaking-related work experience
- Proficiency in all manners of cellar operations, including using and fixing mechanical equipment
- Collaborative, organized, and proactive communication skills
